Refund policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2025 (January 1st, 2025)

At Yaluum, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund to your original payment method.

Eligibility:
• Items must be purchased directly from Yaluum LLC or an authorized retailer. 
• Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging with all tags intact.
• Gift cards, digital products, and customized items cannot be returned.

To return an item:

1. Visit contact us page or Email support@yaluum.com with your order number and reason for return. This email serves as your right of withdrawal.

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

3. Once you make contact with us we will provide you a return label

Please note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Be sure to obtain proof of postage, as we cannot process returns without it.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
